About
A newly incorporated Guyanese company with a long-term view on responsible resource work.
Hummingbird Resources GYE Inc. (Company #18979) is incorporated in the Republic of Guyana under the Companies Act of Guyana, with effect from 12 May 2026. We are engaged in mineral prospecting and the evaluation of resource development opportunities nationwide.
We believe credibility in this industry is earned through methodical work: sound geology, transparent community relationships, and environmental discipline — not through promises made ahead of the evidence.
From our registered office in Georgetown, we pursue opportunities where staged exploration, regulatory compliance, and community engagement can support outcomes that endure beyond a single season of activity.
Focus
Four pillars guide where we invest time, capital, and attention — each assessed with the same rigour.
Alluvial, placer, and hard-rock gold potential evaluated through reconnaissance, systematic sampling, and integrated geological interpretation.

Approach
Exploration proceeds in deliberate stages. Each gate determines whether — and how — work continues.
Desk studies, regional geology, and field reconnaissance to define priority areas and narrow uncertainty before significant expenditure.
Systematic sampling, geological mapping, and terrain assessment to characterise mineralisation, access, and operational constraints.
Integration of field data, laboratory results, and economic screening to determine whether a prospect merits further commitment.
Where justified, responsible development pathways — including environmental planning and community consultation — before major capital deployment.
Sustainability
Environmental stewardship is built into how we plan work — not added after the fact.
Careful site selection, phased programmes, and restoration planning considered from the first field season.
Management of water, soils, and materials in line with Guyanese regulation and recognised industry practice.
Environmental baselines and impact documentation so progression is informed by data, not assumption.
Environmental review at every decision point — exploration does not advance by default.
Community
Responsible resource work in Guyana requires genuine engagement with the communities who live alongside it.
We commit to early, respectful consultation with communities affected by or adjacent to our activities. We listen before we act, and we maintain open channels as programmes evolve.
We support local participation in exploration where appropriate, and we hold partners and contractors to the same standards of conduct we apply to ourselves.
We do not claim endorsement we have not earned. Trust is built through consistent practice over time — not through language on a website.
Looking ahead
Hummingbird Resources is at the beginning of its journey — assembling geological knowledge, partnerships, and community relationships in parallel. We welcome contact from regulators, investors, and community representatives.
